Responsibilities:  

·         Administer a property portfolio including residential, commercial and industrial buildings 

·         Work closely with the building-in-charges to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants

·         Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline

·         3 years' relevant experience in sizable property management company

·         Tier 1 / Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred

·         Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

·         Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
