The successful candidate will take responsibility of handling and providing assistance to Assistant
Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager for railway project execution. The primary
responsibilities include:
1. Follow up orders with both local and overseas suppliers.
2. Handle both inbound and outbound shipments and full set of I/E documents.
3. Monitor & manage inventory.
4. General warehouse duties such as receiving, counting, sorting out, shelving, delivering
goods, stocktaking, etc.
5. Handle the receiving and releasing of materials with 3rd party logistics company.
6. Develop and implement efficient process to streamline and standardize warehouse
operations, storage space organization, handling and packing standard.
7. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and
team members.
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
1. Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics Management / Supply Chain
Management / other equivalent disciplines.
2. Three years or above relevant work experience preferable.
3. Well-versed in MS Office applications.
4. Good command of written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
5. Team Player with good organization and communication skill and work under
pressure.
6. Good planning capability with sound co-ordination and project management skills
7. Holding of valid Hong Kong Driving License 1 & 2, Construction Industry Safety
Training certificate are an advantage.
8. Experience on MTR Project would be an advantage.
9. Working location: Tuen Mun (Mainly), Kwun Tong and other locations if necessary.
