About the role:

Responsible to deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management Services in support of Client’s business needs and to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilities Operations

  • Overseeing the daily operation of facilities management both of office facilities and critical environment within designated premises, including repair and maintenance activities for equipment and furnishings, procurement of goods and services.

  • Responsible to monitoring and evaluate service quality and administer contracts while supervising vendors’ performance, ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with HSE and Client’s policies and procedures. Collaborate with among working parties (internal teams and external vendors) to meet operational requirement effectively.

  • Formulate and manage routine housekeeping, security, general facilities support activities.

  • Perform regular inspections to ensure all facilities are fully operational and functioning optimally, minimizing disruptions to business activities.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and solution-oriented manner; work as a team member to collaborate well within cross-functional teams.

  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on facility performance, office occupancy, procurement, and sustainability initiatives for management.

  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior when required.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Required

  • Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality or related studies.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience with experience of facilities management or office administration is highly preferred.

  • Strong customer service; communication; organization and problem-solving skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

  • Understanding of safety, security and environmental regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
