Job Description

Our client is now looking for a motivated Corporate Finance and Fundraising Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial strategies, securing funding, and supporting their growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate finance strategies to optimize capital structure

  • Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities through various channels

  • Prepare financial models and forecasts to support funding proposals

  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with business objectives

  • Maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, or related areas

  • Proven experience with US IPO processes is a must

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
