Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex digital revamp projects in full accountability with designated timeline, including app development and migration to drive operational efficiency with business growth

• Conduct business analysis and identify key requirements to deliver the resolution by facilitating seamless collaboration with cross-functional team to achieve project goals

• Work with other key parties to establish the project schedules, manage activities and determine priorities to drive project progress

• Ensure knowledge sharing on both project management and technical know-how between project/ cross-functional teams.

• Manage testing activities as well as test plan, developing test cases, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage, and conducting tests as necessary. Maintain communication with business users and stakeholders during UAT.

• Proactively provide alternative or workaround solutions when necessary to ensure project success

• Oversee the development, implementation, and operation of information systems, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

• Degree holder and above in Marketing/ IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering or related disciplines

• At least 8 years’ work experience in project management with 5 years’ experience in handling digital app/web projects

• Solid experience in business analysis and requirement management

• PMP and PMI-ACP cert is preferred

• Able to pursue tasks with energy and drive despite obstacles and setbacks

• Good communicator and negotiator with strong result-oriented mindset

• Capable of delivering high quality results with excellent problem solving skill
