Responsibilities:

• Handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors in the managed property 處理大廈內客戶及訪客的查詢/投訴

• Communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs 與客戶保持良好溝通，以便了解/跟進他們的需求

• Provide administrative support to management office 協助客戶服務處處理一般日常行政工作

• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior 執行上級分配的臨時工作

Requirements:

• DSE or above 中五或以上

• Polite and presentable 有禮貌和外表整潔

• Good interpersonal and communication skill 良好的人際交往和溝通技巧
