Senior Property Officer – Yuen Long/Tuen Mun District

Responsibilities:  

  • Work closely with the Building-in-Charges to ensure quality of services delivered to the client and tenants of a subsidized rental housing

  • Assist the Building in Charge in daily management matters, in particular Repair and Maintenance issues

  • Liaise with contractors for quotations/ tenders

Requirements:

  • High Diploma / Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline

  • 4 years' relevant experience in sizable property management company

  • Tier 1 / Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred

  • Knowledge of Repair and Maintenance in Property Management
