Responsibilities 

• Support Property Manager to oversee technical operation

• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports

• To plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule

• Preparing tender documents and obtaining quotations for the repair, maintenance and replacement services

• Main contact person for all technical service contractors

• Supervising repair and maintenance works of technicians and subcontractors

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/Property Management/or equivalent

• Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in property maintenance or related field

• Strong leadership skills and problem solving skill

• Registered Electrical Worker license A (or B which is an advantage)

• Strong PC literacy for tender preparation and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system
