Description:

1. Responsible for global IP network development, research on cutting-edge technology development trend and rolling planning of the company's global IP network.

2. Responsible for the development of global IP network investment strategy, major thematic project support and reporting.

3. Responsible for the feasibility study and analysis of the company's IP network projects, and the establishment and output of the cost model of the products carried by the company.

4. Guide the IP network planning and project implementation of the company, guide the resource construction layout of overseas companies, and provide technical support for key projects of global IP network.

5. Guide IP network planning of overseas companies, and lead or cooperate in IP network cooperation with global carriers.

6. Responsible for docking with China Unicom group to complete the planning and guidance of overseas IP networks.

7. Responsible for accomplishing the collaborative work of the planning team.

Requirement:

1. Master's degree or above, preferably in computer, telecommunication or other related majors, with more than eight years of working experience.

2. Familiar with IP network, in-depth research and understanding of IP key technologies, CCIE/HCIE certification is preferred.

3. Experience in IP network key technologies, preferably with carrier IP network planning, operation and maintenance experience.

4. Good organizational coordination and communication skills, strong sense of teamwork, dedication, hard-working, able to effectively use the company's internal and external resources to complete the work task; strong stress tolerance and problem solving ability, able to promote the work progress in a complex and changing environment.

5. Good learning ability and document preparation ability.

6. Good bilingual skills (Chinese + English, etc.) necessary to work outside the country.
