Programme Manager (7 months’ contract)
  • Project management and coordination including manage and deliver the arts programmes as agreed with the funder.
  • Monitor the progress of all programmes and ensure all the art installations can be completed on time.
  • Oversee contract negotiations for overall art programmes e.g. artist agreements, contractor agreement etc.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders e.g. funder, land developer, community members, contractors and commissioned artists.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during fabrication, installation and construction of the artworks.
  • Follow up and manage the de-installation of the artworks after the display.
  • Monitor project budget, schedule and scope of work.
  • Prepare status reports and periodic project updates.
  • Work closely with marketing team to fulfil the strategic marketing objectives including promoting the related programmes, attracting the audience and arousing public attention.
