Duties

• Liaise with internal and external parties for leasing related matters, including tenancy agreement

• Provide general clerical support to the Leasing Team, such as data entry, reporting, handling enquiry and other administrative duties as assigned

• Prepare tenancy documentations and maintain filing systems and records

• Manage all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, term negotiations, as well as daily operation of leasing team   

• Handle as-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Degree holder of Property Management/Real Estate or related disciplines

•  At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in leasing management, previous exposure to F&B business is advantageous

• Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters, reviewing tenancy agreement and preparing letter correspondence

• Proactive, outgoing, strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

•  Be meticulous and able to work independently

• Immediately available is preferred

• Less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant
