Responsibilities
Collaborate with Asia regional teams (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, etc.) with competitive product research, launch planning, launch execution and product strategy development for our Power Tools business
Work with global teams to align our product strategy development and execution
Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Get involved with the team to monitor weekly and monthly sales results to identify additional opportunities and understand competition
Work with the team to plan and execute demo events, trade shows, etc.
Perform best-in-class Sales and Marketing support to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for Milwaukee products
Develop primary knowledge of the market place (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
1-2 years related working experience
Good communication skill in English. Asian language (Korean or Japanese) a plus
Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude in Power Tools and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
Must be comfortable working on a commercial and residential jobsite: end user visits, making sales calls with sale and distributor sales force, and field testing
Thrives in fast-paced, agile and multi-national working environments
Can-do attitude, multi-tasking and adhere to deadlines
Those with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
