Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio assigned and develop a sustainable and aggressive business plan that will help to drive our Power Tools business to record growth and sales contribution
Collaborate with Asia regional teams (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, etc.) with competitive product research, launch planning, launch execution and product strategy development
Support product strategies including product positioning, forecasting, channel development, product updates and/or obsolescence
Work with Brand marketing and the commercial teams across Asia to ensure we are correctly launching and communicating the benefits our products deliver to the end users
Work with Asia markets and distributor partners on potential new product opportunities for new products
Collaborate with our Training team to ensure they have up to date product information that will allow them to deliver world class training that our products require and deserve
Participate in key customer presentations, line reviews, trade shows and other industry events as needed
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
At least 8 years related working experience
Creative marketer with strong marketing knowledge and business mindset
Excellent communication skill in English. Asian language (Korean or Japanese) a plus
Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude in Power Tools and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
Must be comfortable working on a commercial and residential jobsite: end user visits, making sales calls with sale and distributor sales force, and field testing
Thrives in fast-paced, agile and multi-national working environments
Detail minded with can-do attitude
Willing to travel to Asian countries when required
Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
