It all started with an aspiration to redefine and elevate the bakery landscape. Bakehouse by Grégoire Michaud is home to the city’s finest European-style baked goods and sourdough bread, all handmade on-site every day with the finest ingredients.
Founded in 2013, Chef Grégoire Michaud started the company as a wholesale bakery specialising in supplying handcrafted sourdough and fine pastries to kitchens across the city. Job Duties 工作內容:
Supervise & train the BOH team in all operation duties for the shop
管理及培訓烘焙團隊
Prepare our signature sourdough bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart, Baguette, Doughnuts)
協助製作酸種麵包及其他烘焙食品(牛角酥，丹麥酥，酸種蛋撻，法式長包，冬甩)
Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards
管理食物準備過程並確保過程符合指定食物安全標準
Report maintenance issues of all BOH areas and equipment to Area Operations Baker
向區域運營烘焙廚師上報有關烘焙器材之保養及維修事項
Compile daily food orders
完成訂單要求
Schedule staff roster for BOH team

Requirements 要求:
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Bakery / Pastries industry
需要五年或以上麵包/甜品行業相關經驗
Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English & Mandarin
操流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話
Good communication skills
良好的溝通能力
Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team
有良好的團隊合作精神
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Sous Baker
經驗較少者會被考慮為副烘焙主管
