Job Duties 工作內容:

• Supervise & train the BOH team in all operation duties for the shop
  管理及培訓烘焙團隊

• Prepare our signature sourdough bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart, Baguette, Doughnuts)  
  協助製作酸種麵包及其他烘焙食品(牛角酥，丹麥酥，酸種蛋撻，法式長包，冬甩)

• Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards
  管理食物準備過程並確保過程符合指定食物安全標準

• Report maintenance issues of all BOH areas and equipment to Head Baker
  向烘焙主管上報有關烘焙器材之保養及維修事項

• Compile daily food orders set by Head Baker
  按照烘焙主管指示製作每日所需的烘焙食品

• Schedule staff roster for BOH team
  為烘焙團隊安排更表

Requirements 要求:

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in bakery / pastries industry is an advantage
  需要五年或以上飲食業相關經驗，具麵包店/甜品行業經驗者會被優先考慮

• Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English & Mandarin
  操流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話

• Good communication skills
  良好的溝通能力

• Good team player and ability to work in a dynamic team
  有良好的團隊合作精神

• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Chef de Partie
  經驗較少者會被考慮為高級烘焙師
