Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, drive sales pipeline through telephone call, e-mail and online communication tools;

• Manage all aspects of the relocation process for clients;

• Coordinate logistics, including relocation, housing, transportation, and settling-in services;

• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their relocation journey, collect feedback from clients & partners, identify issues and implement solutions to enhance business model;

• Liaise with service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service;

• provide supports to customer services related inquiries and follow-up;

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, Freight or related field;

• minimum 2 years’ customer services and or sales experience, preferred with Logistics, Freight forwarding, Relocation, Transportation or Dropship work experience;

• Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and warm call telephone handling skills are an advantage;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

• Proficiency in using IT tools and systems for project management;

• Fresh graduate with passion would also be considered
