Job Responsibilities:

Customer Experience 

• Handle customer inquiries from incoming/outbound call/email/intercom, etc.;

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner;

• Enhance customer journey, collect feedback from clients & partners, identify issues and implement solutions to enhance business model;

• Process and follow up customer orders, quotation, courier orders; 

• Contact and collaborate with outside and internal parties to follow up order related issues

• Conduct general market or news research as necessary for sales & marketing activities;

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Good team player, willing to learn and self-motivated

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing exceptional support;

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite;

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not necessary;

• Knowledge of logistics or freight industry is a plus; 

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Position 2: HR & Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support HR operational duties, including talent acquisition, interview, onboarding, offboarding, roster, payroll, employee relationships, staff activities, benefits management;

• Handle administrative duties, such as procurement, filing, office supplies, process, storage in line with internal guidelines and policies;

• Assist in presentation, enrollment, office activities, administration, research, etc.;

• Collaborate with internal and external parties on office renovation projects; 

• Handle any ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated, good team player, eager to learn, detailed-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;

• Able to manage multi-tasks and work under time pressure;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
