Commercial Strategy & Brand Assistant Manager/ Manager

  • Create 12–18-month marketing roadmap aligned with product launch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Create 12–18-month marketing roadmaps aligned with product/project launches.

  • Content & PR: Lead compelling content campaigns and media relations.

  • Partnerships: Design co-marketing initiatives with industry partners.

  • Market Intelligence: Evaluate promotion performance, conduct marketing research and analyze competitors’ bundles.

  • Brand Leadership: Drive executive branding and analyst relations.

  • GTM Execution: Oversee end-to-end strategy for new product/service launches.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in strategic marketing/brand management (logistics/tech/ financial industry preferred).

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging.

    • Proven success in PR, content creation, and partnership planning.

    • Strong analytical skills (market research, competitor benchmarking).

    • Experience building executive brands and managing analyst relations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).

  • Traits: Strategic thinker, data-driven, exceptional communication skills.

Location : InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong (3 min-walk from Kowloon Tong MTR station)
