Project Coordinator (Fitting-out)
Job Description
  • Assisting Project / Construction Manager(s) in running all aspects of a project from start to hand over, including all documentation preparation & submission as required to external / internal parties for one large or several smaller projects
  • Assist the Project Team in managing contractors and programming schedules to ensure that projects are delivered up to time and to budget
  • Coordinate the flow of information between clients, consultants, and contractors from project inception through to handover
  • Maintain records and information and to ensure that such information is handled in accordance with proper procedure
Requirement
  • Diploma Holder or above in Construction / Engineering discipline or other similar qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in project management / commercial fitting out / A&A / Building Services works
  • Team focus, Self-motivated, Reliable, Meticulous, Well-organized
  • Strong communication/ interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS office
