The ISF Pre-School is located in Kennedy Town and offers a unique bilingual (70% Putonghua / 30% English) program to young learners from two years and eight months to five years of age. The ethos of the Pre-School is firmly based on The ISF Academy’s Vision, Mission and Values, and is strongly aligned with the Primary and Secondary learning programs of the Academy. Learning standards are high and the parent community is highly aspirational.

We are now seeking a self-driven, passionate and experienced candidate to fill the following position:

School Receptionist (: PRE/AA/20250522_jdb)

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and maintain visitor records;

• Handle walk-in, phone and written enquiries;

• Maintain student records and provide student support;

• Receive mail and deliveries;

• Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements;  and

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area;

• Provide administrative and operational support to the school; and

• Undertake ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder, preferably in business administration;

• At least 2 years of customer service and administrative experience, preferably in a school setting;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Conscientious, organized, detail-minded, and able to work independently, as part of a team and can prioritize tasks;

• Approachable, independent, mature, stable, resilient, and able to work under pressure;

• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese; and

• Proficient in Chinese and English word processing, and other office software.
