QEELIN Contract Order Management Assistant

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Manage sales orders and returns for wholesale clients and intercompany transactions, including system updates, shipment return invoices, and liaising with boutiques. Ensure all outstanding receipts in the system are closed on time.

  • Handle transfers with local POS, office level, and warehouse.

  • Manage jewellery consignments, including MKTCOM consignment and staff uniform consignment.

  • Maintain Order Management data files (e.g., jewellery customization files, stock reshuffle records) and support the team’s daily operations.

  • Organize document filing and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above

  • 1-2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are also welcome

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Organized, patient, and able to work under pressure

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
