Description:

1. Primarily responsible for cloud professional management at China Unicom Global.  

2. Coordinate with business departments to complete the planning, construction, proposal preparation, and project management of various cloud engineering projects.  

3. Conduct research and analysis on national and local policies across various industries, analyze relevant policies and industry backgrounds, and provide advanced design concepts in the fields of cloud computing, intelligent networks, and industry-specific internet solutions.

4. Provide technical support for products and solutions in this field, ensuring the technical foresight of product development and the rationality and innovation of business processes across industries.  

5. Oversee technical management in this field, including the formulation and implementation of production, technical, safety, service standards, and related management regulations.  

6. Provide technical support, benefit calculations, implementation plans, contract reviews, cost and risk assessments, and other professional technical work for projects at the company headquarters and national subsidiaries.

7. Responsible for process control and project closure related to technical, safety, cost, schedule, quality, and post-service aspects of relevant project implementations.  

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Requirement:

1.Hold a full-time bachelor's degree or higher in telecommunications, computer science, engineering management, or related fields, and have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the field.

2. Possess an international perspective, open-minded and innovative mindset, and internet-based thinking. Demonstrate awareness of digital operations and management. Possess strong information analysis, problem-solving, and resource integration capabilities, with outstanding communication, coordination, and service orientation.  

3. Possess extensive project management experience and the ability to install, configure, debug, maintain, and repair common faults in systems;  

4. Be loyal and responsible, possess a big-picture perspective, and be skilled at self-motivation and building passionate, efficient teams. Possess strong stress tolerance and be proactive in work.

5. Hold certifications from major cloud service providers; certifications in intelligent computing from Huawei, NVIDIA, etc.; certifications such as PMP, First-Class Construction Engineer, First-Class Cost Engineer, etc., are preferred.  

6. Possess bilingual (Chinese-English) work capabilities.
