Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain several e-Commerce platforms (eg. Amazon);

• Support sales activities, including order process, delivery, inventory control, sales forecast;

• Handle online pre-sales and post-sales customer service including product enquiries, complaints, replacement and refund;

• Assist in developing and executing online sales and marketing strategies;

• Review and analyze reports generated by e-Commerce platforms;

• Monitor data for signs of potential problems in the supply chain such as stockouts or late deliveries, give operations alerts and corrective actions;

• Monitor platform account health and deal with ad-hoc issue

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will possess

• University graduate with at least 1 year experience in eCommerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or any related discipline;

• Experience in eCommerce fundamental knowledge in any eCommerce system is an advantage;

• Good at MS Office, especially Excel;

• Organize and possess strong analytical skills;

• Able to handle multiple projects with good time management;

• Experience in managing different e-Commerce marketplace is an advantage;

• Strong communication in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

• Immediate available is preferred.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as eCommerce Assistant.
