Property Manager - Residential Bldg in Tai Hang

You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations and maintain good tenant/owner relationship for a residential development.

 Requirements:  

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
  • Solid working experience in premium residential building is an advantage
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in property management of which 5 years must be at supervisory level. 
  • Possess MCIH/ MHKIH/ PMP Tier 1 license or equivalent professional qualification
  • Knowledgeable in BMO and DMC
  • Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
