Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and improvement projects for warehouse facilities and provide technical advice to support various business units in HK, PRC and overseas
• Prepare technical proposals, reports, budgets and project schedules
• Handle procurement documents, including but not limited to tender documents, technical drawings, purchase orders and payment recommendations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure work objectives can be achieved
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety of mechanical & electrical installations
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve work outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• With at least 3 years of solid experience in construction project design and management
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is required
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker A is an advantage
• Membership in HKIE, IMechE, IEEE, CIBSE or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Engineering
