Responsibilities

• Lead the team to manage end-to-end centralized procurement process, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational goals
• Develop and implement procurement policies and ensure compliance with company governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Review and update procurement policies & procedures regularly to reflect best practices and address business needs
• Provide procurement and contract administration services for logistics-related services
• Collaborate closely with local and regional teams to define procurement needs and support operational requirements
• Enhance procurement tools, processes, and data transparency to improve efficiency and accountability
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost-effective and value-added supplier agreements
• Lead supplier relationship management, sustainability initiatives, and performance monitoring
• Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and risk assessments to optimize supply chain performance
• Prepare and present procurement reports, recommendations, and cost-saving opportunities to senior management
• Undertake ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• With minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations with exposure to logistics procurement, preferably with regional or multinational exposure
• Possess strong expertise in supplier logistics requirements, compliance standards, and sustainability practices to ensure effective and responsible procurement operations
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and contract management skills
• Analytical mindset with financial acumen to drive business value and cost optimization
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and database-proficiency, particularly in procurement systems are preferred
• Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager – Procurement
