Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse team for all warehouse activities, including but not limited to scanning, sorting, palletizing, order management and X-ray screening process etc.
• Assist management to prepare and update operating procedure
• Responsible for daily management of warehouse team, not limited to roster setting, job assignment, resources planning, etc.
• Prepare documentation for warehouse facility related tasks
• Work closely with different stakeholders including export & import operation team, and sub-contractors
• Drive a strong team working environment by setting clear expectations on how the team need to work together to improve performance and meet the objectives (KPIs)
• Ensure sufficient training to vendors and warehouse team
• Support management on the audits conducted by internal and external parties
• Communication with internal and external parties on daily warehouse operation concerns and provide support when necessary
• Good awareness of security requirements and upkeep the high standard of warehouse facility

Requirements

• Tertiary education with minimum 5 years’ relevant air/sea freight experience, including minimum 3 years in warehouse team management
• Knowledge in air/sea freight and warehouse operation is necessary 
• DG certificate and forklift license is preferable but not a must
• Willing to work on shift, holiday and overtime when required
• Positive-thinking, self-motivated and result-driven; can work in a fast pace industry
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is preferred
