Customer Services Assistant - Warehouse (Kwai Chung)

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with clients and warehouse team for stock planning and arranging for in/out shipments
  • Perform transaction in SAP System
  • Documentation support for operational reports which are generally in Excel format
  • Maintain the daily inventory balance
  • Monitor the daily transaction
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE/ Diploma or above
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in Warehousing and Logistics field with WMS knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred
  • Able to work independently as well as a team member
  • Work on shift basis including weekends and public holidays
  • Working location: Kwai Chung
