Responsibilities

Oversee the credit control function of the company and take charge of the daily operation of credit control matter including:

• Pre-application company and background search and review
• Monitor AR balance and follow up overdue invoices
• Prepare monthly statement and reminder to customers
• Review and enforce credit control policies
• Liaise with internal and external parties on credit control matters

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in credit control and collection in domestic environment
• Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office and SAP 
• Good interpersonal skill with outgoing character
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
