Responsibilities                 

• Create communications content for internal messaging, brand building and external communications
• Implement communications programmes to build brand reputation and thought leadership among media, influencers and other stakeholders
• Plan and organise company events - results announcements, AGMs, press conferences and other engagement activities
• Develop communications materials - speeches, line-to-take, bylined articles, press releases and financial reports
• Manage media and public relations, organise media interviews and handle media enquiries
• Maintain and update the company’s websites and social media sites
• Monitor emerging issues on media and social media and work with relevant stakeholders to manage enquiries, complaint cases and crises
• Provide team support and assist in ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications and/or PR agency
• A self-starter and strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines
• Knowledge and previous exposure in managing social media content creation an advantage
• Strong spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese
