Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with the hotel’s goals

• Monitor and analyze communication trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage media relations and act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries. 

• Write press releases, articles, and promotional content to enhance publicity.

• Oversee the hotel’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that attracts potential guests.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolutions.

• Develop guest feedback programs to gather insights and improve services                                                                     

• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.

• Organize staff meetings and training sessions related to communication practices.

• Assist in planning and promoting hotel events, conferences, and special promotions.

• Create promotional materials and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of work experience in public relations within a company or organization, demonstrating a strong understanding of PR principles and practices.

• Outstanding writing and editing skills to produce clear, compelling, and accurate content.

• Deep knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channels, along with brand-related activities.

• Good communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

• Ability and maturity to collaborate with and influence decisions among diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is a plus.
