We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Transformation Officer to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation through automation technologies. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for digital improvement, implementing intelligent solutions, and supporting teams in adopting new tools and workflows.
About Your Role:
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions that automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall business productivity and operational efficiency
- Design, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual effort across departments
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for AI and RPA tools to ensure smooth performance and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and align digital initiatives with strategic business goals
- Ensure all automation efforts comply with data protection regulations, ethical standards, and internal governance policies
Does it sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid experience in Python, RAP tools and MS platforms is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in communication, command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Passionate, self-motivated, eager to take challenges
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered as the position of Digital Transformation Trainees
