Research Assistant (Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science) (Ref: RA/CIV/Recruit/2536)

Department of Civil Engineering 

We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant with a background and strong interest in civil engineering, environmental science, or air pollution chemistry. Appointment for 9 months with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sampling/data analysis work; 
  • Produce high-quality research outputs relating to civil engineering/environmental impact and air pollution;
  • Assist in processing field measurement; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned (such as equipment operation and report writing).

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science or related fields, with some research experience.
