Responsibilities:

• Rewrite and refine content for specified webpages (Stage 1: 8 pages; Stage 2: potential departmental expansions);
• Ensure bilingual consistency, SEO-friendly structure, and alignment with reference styles (e.g., HK Metropolitan University);
• Collaborate with CPRO/ETSO on revisions, proofreading, and iterations;
• Deliver high-quality, error-free copy within project timelines.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in copywriting, preferably within higher education, institutional communications, or website content development (including bilingual rewriting for promotional or academic pages). Proficiency in multiple languages—English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese—is required;
• Excellent command of written English and Traditional Chinese; ability to produce polished, engaging copy;
• Familiarity with educational sector tone (professional, inspiring, accessible); prior experience with HK institutions advantageous.
