Helpdesk Engineer (Wan Chai, 5 days work)

Job Duties:

  • Provide deskside and remote support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues
  • Respond to and resolve incident and service request tickets in a timely manner
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and standard office applications
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and device configuration
  • Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards
  • Meeting Room AV system Setup

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Solid technical background, including experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 11, and Office 365.
  • Experience in Basic Networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, AD Connect
  • Experience in troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues.
  • Understanding and knowledge of network troubleshooting skills in the Windows environment.
  • Proven experience of 1st/2nd line support experience (essential)
