IT Application Manager

Duites:

  • Manage a team to provide 24/7 on-call support for the government application and its operational systems.
  • Supervise the maintenance, enhancement, and documentation of the application system, ensuring all program specifications are up-to-date.
  • Lead the team in executing routine critical tasks, including Disaster Recovery Drills, Information Security Incident Handling Drills, Security Risk Assessments & Audits, and Privacy Impact Assessments & Audits.
  • Liaise effectively with Service Providers and Government backend system support teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant IT management experience.
  • Excellent project management and technical consultancy skills.
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT systems.
  • Solid, demonstrable experience in conducting Security Risk Assessments & Audits and Privacy Impact Assessments & Audits.
  • Exposure to mission-critical Government IT systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical skills as outlined below.
