Customer Service Representative (Night Shift) 客戶服務助理 (夜班)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service by handling inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintain a strong customer service mindset while assisting customers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Working Hours:
  1. Monday to Sunday & Public Holidays  
  2. 11:00 PM – 08:00 AM (5 days work, 40 hours per week)  
  3. Compensation provided for duty on Statutory Holidays.
