Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance (ISO9001/20000/27001)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance quality management systems (QMS) to adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of ISO internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide training to team members and employees on quality practices, ISO standards, and audit readiness.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of quality systems and processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve quality processes.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to track performance and compliance.
  • Drive corporate process standardization and implementation projects, including KPI and risk reporting, business solutions compliance, and related initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality practices are integrated into business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Quality Management, Operations management, or IT related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO quality management,
  • direct experience within IT industry is highly desired.
  • Hands on knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO system development and maintenance.
  • ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training (ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance excellence
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
