Job Description:

• Manage IT and information security related projects and assignments
• Oversee daily operations of the information security functions, including security monitoring, patch management, enforcement of security measures, and security incident handling drills
• Act as an independent auditor to conduct periodic IT security risk assessment and audit and compliance audit
• Ensure that IT operations comply with prevailing government IT security policies and guidelines
• Provide expert input on system development, implementation, and control design
• Manage external auditors
• Provide end-user IT support services, including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems, product evaluation, setting up workstations and network equipment, and performing system maintenance work when necessary
• Candidate may be required to work non-office hours and overtime on need basis
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing / IT security related subjects
• Solid hands-on experience in IT security risk assessment and audit, privacy impact assessment and audit, and compliance audit
• Knowledge of penetration test, ethical hacking and red team test
• Possessing at least 1 of the following recognised qualifications (with valid certificates) related to IT security (as of the bidding closing date):
• Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) from CNITSEC;
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2; or *
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
• Proactive, customer-focused and result-oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Commitment and dedication to organisational goals;
• Good communication skills including oral and writing;
• Candidate shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English.
