IT Project Manager – Office Relocation & Infrastructure (Over $70k)

Job Duties:

  • Plan and manage IT infrastructure deployment for new offices, including LAN design, network equipment, and system integration for ~100 staff.
  • Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and IT services in line with government guidelines.
  • Oversee redeployment of IT equipment, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Provide technical advice on IT expenditures, compliance, and security standards.
  • Lead bureau-wide Windows 11 upgrade and EDR rollout, ensuring smooth migration, risk management, and operational continuity.
  • Prepare progress reports, manage stakeholders/vendors, and ensure timely project delivery.

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 8 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years working within public sector.
  • Proven track record in IT infrastructure implementation, LAN/network setup, and enterprise desktop management.
  • Experience in operating system upgrades and IT security solutions (EDR preferred).
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and resource management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
