Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure services, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, and other foundational technology components
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, including Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and Support Analysts
• Oversee daily infrastructure operations, including proactive monitoring, incident response, problem resolution, and change management
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to plan and deliver infrastructure-related projects on time and within budget
• Set and uphold maintenance service quality standards. Regularly review service quality and take steps to improve it
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding infrastructure service delivery and performance
• Ensure infrastructure services comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the strategic planning of IT services by providing insights into infrastructure trends, risks, and opportunities for innovation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years in IT service delivery or infrastructure management roles
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken in English, and Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong problem - solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Holder of PMP and ITIL will be an advantage
