Job Description:

• Act as the internal project manager to oversee end-to-end system implementation and rollout and ensure timely delivery of the system according to project plan and schedule
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables and risk management
• Oversee, coordinate and schedule all project activities, including but not limited to system design, configuration, testing, migration, training, security assessments and rollout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties such as contractor project team, service contractors/providers, vendors and departments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively
• Manage and monitor performance of the service contractors and address any issues or delays timely and proactively
• Prepare and disseminate project information, including but not limited to delivering presentations to all stakeholders
• Provide clear, timely updates to senior management and project steering committee
• Performing any work assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Computing or related subjects
• At least 8-10 years IT experience with 2-3 years in project manager
• At least 4 years in project management and vendor management
• Intensive experience in system implementation, maintenance and support
• With experience in handling public-facing system (at least 1,000 users) is preferred
• Good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• With experience in working with government departments will be a plus
