IT Support Engineer (Science Park & Lok Ma Chau, $17K)

Job description: 

  • To provide on-site support at customer locations, including offices within Science Park and the Park itself, addressing hardware and software issues and resolving user inquiries.
  • To deliver on-site services and technical support at the Customer's premises during standard working hours (excluding Saturdays and public holidays).
  • To ensure smooth daily operations by offering ongoing assistance and responsive support to users.
  • To support the Customer's IT team in executing assigned tasks and projects, contributing to the overall effectiveness of IT operations.
  • To conduct monthly service reviews to ensure the quality of IT support services.
  • To manage invoice arrangements and verification.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above 
  • 1-3 years' experience in IT industry
  • Experience on IT Support, base knowledge on IT, Cantonese fluent, can read write listen in English, good in software skill
