Junior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (Cloud & CRM, $35-45K)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and deployment of major IT projects and system enhancements. Draft technical specifications, gather user requirements, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • System Enhancement & Migration: Oversee system configurations, data migration activities, and release management to ensure seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.
  • Production Support & Optimization: Provide tier-level system support, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct performance tuning, and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between internal business users, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure timely integration and delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a project management or business analysis role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience working with:
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Enterprise Ecosystems: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Data Management: Microsoft Dataverse, Azure SQL, or similar relational databases.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
