General Clerk 行政文員 ($12-15K)

工作內容:

  • 一般行政及秘書工作，包括會議室預約、日程安排、文字處理、會議資料準備
  • 一般文書工作、維護文件歸檔系統及後勤支援
  • 主管指派的其他任何職責

 

要求：

  • 中五/中六畢業香港
  • HKCEE五科（包括中文及英文，2007年以前為「B類課程」）成績達到二級/E級或以上，或香港中學文憑考試（HKSDE）成績達到二級或同等程度或以上
  • 一年相關工作經驗者優先
  • 粵語流利，英語及國語良好
  • 熟練使用微軟Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中文文字處理軟體
  • 個性開朗，溝通及人際交往能力強
  • 能夠承受工作壓力能夠獨立工作
