Customer Service and Admin Officer (Call Center, $18K-20K)

Job Duties:

  • Handle general enquiries, billing enquiries and complaints
  • Cooperate with other teams to resolve public user’s request efficiently
  • Assist in administration and clerical support for the team (e.g. user account administration, FAQ & knowledge base updates, financial records, etc.)
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirement:

  • F5/DSE or above
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 7x24 is required
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge in Chinese Typing
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
