Infrastructure Specialist (Wan Chai, 5 days work, over $60K)

Job Description:

  • Administer and monitor the server infrastructure for IT systems
  • Organise and provide technical support in IT Security Operation such as SRAA, patch management, incident handling, etc.
  • Collaborate with application teams and security teams for system implementation and ongoing support activities.
  • Liaise with users and vendors for system changes and enhancements
  • Compile project and technical documents, such as project plans, technical specifications, and test reports
  • Provide on-call technical support and other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

  • Degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 6 years' experience in IT industry
  • Solid experience in system infrastructure, including Windows/Linux platform, Virtualisation platform (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, FusionSphere), system storage (SAN, NAS) and Container technology (Docker, K8S)
  • Solid experience in system management and monitoring tools, such as ManageEngine, PRTG and Splunk
  • Solid experience in IT security operation activities, including SRAA, patch management, incident handling, anti-virus tools and log review, etc.
  • Solid experience in supporting large-scale Government public facing system
  • Sound knowledge with database technologies and architecture
