Senior Programmer / System Analyst (C# .NET, in-house)

Job Description:

  • Maintain current application systems and develop new systems
  • Gather user requirements, identify key issues, and propose feasible solutions
  • Participate in all stages of application development process including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
  • Support the project lead in providing consultation and support in the formulation and implementation of solutions
  • Technical writing, user training and documentation

Requirement Details:

  • A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification work experience in web application development, proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and MS SQL Server stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Postman
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines (GitHub)
  • Knowledge of integrating third-party libraries and services (e.g. AAD, payment gateways, or external data providers).
  • Prior experience working in student-related information systems will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience / Certifications in OutSystems Platform development will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience working in allowance or subsidies issuance project will be advantageous.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
