Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and build strong relationships
• Oversee the planning, implementation and monitoring of IT services and infrastructure to meet business requirements
• Manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality technical support and problem resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IT strategies to drive innovation and optimise operations
• Ensure IT systems, applications and services operate efficiently and effectively
• Implement robust incident, problem and change management processes to minimise service disruptions
• Manage IT budgets and procurement to optimise costs and maximise return on investment
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computing or related subjects
• 5+ years of working experience in IT service delivery / Project management, with a strong background in managing IT operations and service management
• Experience in change, incident, problem and vendor management
• Experienced in IT service management such as ITILv4 framework
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing priorities
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and applications, as well as industry best practices and trends
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions that support business objectives
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
