On-site Support Engineer (Tai Po, $20K)

Job description:

  • Providing first-tier Splunk support and IT helpdesk services
  • Troubleshooting PC, backup, antivirus, and endpoint protection issues
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Generating monthly SIME reports
  • Assisting with various ad hoc IT projects
  • Ensuring smooth handover support to a successor at the end of contract

Requirements:

  • Degree or above (any discipline)
  • 1 years’ experience in IT Support and Splunk administration
